About the On-Demand Webinar
Mission Meets Money is a practical, story-driven webinar created for birthworkers and maternal-child health professionals who care deeply about their communities but are feeling stretched, underpaid, or unsure how to build something sustainable. In this training, you’ll be guided through the Impact × Income framework, which breaks sustainability into four clear zones — the Burnout Zone (high impact, low income), the Struggle Zone (low impact, low income), the Misalignment Zone (low impact, high income), and the Sweet Spot (high impact, high income) — and you’ll learn how professionals move between these zones and what actually helps them shift toward long-term sustainability.
Find Your Path to Sustainable Practice
In this on-demand webinar, you will step back and gain clarity on where your work truly sits and why it feels the way it does. Using the Impact × Income framework, you will identify your current sustainability zone and understand the patterns that often lead birthworkers into burnout, overextension, or misalignment. You will learn how to simplify your work without losing impact by building practical systems that protect your energy and care quality, exploring revenue paths that align with your values, and strengthening your credibility through outcomes, certifications, and professional presence. The session concludes with a clear 15-minute action plan and a realistic 30/60/90-day framework, so you leave knowing exactly what your next step is. This webinar is grounded in real maternal-child health work, not generic business advice, and is designed to meet you where you are while helping you move forward with clarity and intention.
About the Creators
Ashley Green, RN, IBCLC, and Veronica Simpkins, RN, IBCLC are registered nurses, lactation consultants, doulas, and community health worker instructors, as well as the co-founders of A&V Innovations and Latched Support. Their work began by supporting families directly through hospital care, community events, and years of home visits, often without funding, systems, or structure. Through that experience, they learned that passion alone is not enough to sustain this work. Today, they train and mentor birthworkers and maternal-child health professionals across the country, helping them build practices that balance community impact with clear systems, aligned partnerships, and sustainable income. Their teaching connects mission-driven care with real-world sustainability so this work can last for both providers and the families they serve.
