Ashley
RN, BSN, IBCLC, PP Doula, CHWIAshley is a maternal health expert, curriculum strategist, and nonprofit founder. With a background as an RN and IBCLC, she brings a powerful blend of clinical care and grassroots advocacy. She’s led the creation of inclusive, high-impact programs and trainings that equip birth workers with the tools, confidence, and cultural competence to serve their communities effectively.
Veronica
RN, MSN, IBCLC, CHWI, WHNPVeronica is a visionary leader in women’s health and organizational development. As a nurse practitioner, IBCLC, and nonprofit founder, she brings years of experience training professionals and developing leaders in healthcare and community settings. Her strength lies in helping others scale impact—whether through strong teams, sustainable programs, or confident leadership.
Together, Ashley and Veronica are the co-founders of A&V Innovations and the creators behind AV Learning Studios. As registered nurses, nonprofit leaders, and instructional designers, they translate years of lived experience into practical, empowering training for birth workers, healthcare professionals, and mission-driven organizations. Their courses don’t just inform—they equip.

Who is this course designed for?
Our trainings are built for doulas, lactation consultants, nurses, community health workers, nonprofit leaders, and public health professionals—anyone working to elevate care and outcomes in maternal, infant, and community health.
What if I’m not satisfied with the course?
We’re confident you’ll find value in every lesson. If you have questions or need support along the way, our team is here to help guide you and ensure you get the most out of your learning experience.
How long will I have access to the course?
You’ll have access to the course and all included materials for 6 months from your enrollment date. This gives you ample time to complete the modules, revisit content, and implement what you’ve learned.
Can I get continuing education credits (CEUs)?
We’re actively working on CEU approval for several of our modules. Check individual course descriptions or email us for the latest CEU availability.
Is there a community or support included?
Yes! You’ll be invited to our private learning community where you can connect with other learners, share wins, ask questions, and grow together.
What technology do I need for the course?
Just a device with internet access and a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge). All courses are mobile-friendly and designed to work on any screen.
